Staring at this velvet night
scrambling stars like gin and sprite
rehearsing three dozens of altered smiles
until you concede me to slip on your side.
Melted on a ten sided rock
I lead my avalanches to the safe side
Show new boots without connection
singing melodies like this
Please come in!
It's new and clean, something never seen before
like
Suffering Bastards at “Le Coq D'or”.
These are good purposes,
I need water, I need Moses
dancing crazy on Crazy Horses
setting unconfidence at level “courses”.
Courses like:
God fats ignorance
Leisure pumps incurance
I'm sweeping sandstorms
and insignificance. (2x)
The cost of life is repressive.
Hunger deaths treated like chess games
and 1968
1968 is five decades buried deep.
This is the 5th
decade that ground 's been dug.
You know, sometimes people just do things and don't realize how bad they are
and keep on pointing out at them.
We're never wrong!
Well I might be crazy
but I saw a decline in our faith.
See, you better tell me

This album is a concentrate of energy. No song is boring, on the contrary each one renews the pleasure. Each song is a classic stoner surprise. Addictive album! Pumpkin Thierry

An amazing album 👍🏻
It took me a while to get into Boss Keloid’s groove. I knew intellectually that it was my kinda music but I didn’t take to Melted On The Inch like I thought I would. I think listening to lots of modern jazz limbered me up! This is really complicated prog rock with heavy ass guitars added for street cred. I’m so happy that anyone might consider this band cool. They’re fucking cool to me but music like this has been vilified in the past. All hail the new Gentle Giant! Crinklechips
Combining crooned murder ballads with raw, angsty hard rock hooks, Melbourne's The Ugly Kings are a wrecking crew well worth watching. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 15, 2021
